During the CT Lash Professional Premium Masterclass training our trainers will first teach you everything you need to know about the lash extensions used for the Russian Volume treatments, how this can complement the shape of the eyes, lash safety and lash styling. Then you will continue to learn how to take multiple faux mink lashes and apply them to your client’s natural eyelashes at once, which will be practiced on a real model. To practice your skills we will also ask you to complete three case studies at home and show them to us through pictures. After this 2 day training you will become a qualified CT Lash Professional Premium.

Professional Syllabus
This syllabus contains all the theoretical information you will need to become a CT Lash Professional Premium. It fully describes the 2D up to 6D technique with different ways of application and provides you with a solid background. At CT Lashes we believe that knowledge is power and this comprehensive theory will make all the difference in your training.
Practical training
During the practical part of the training you will learn how to master the application of volume lash extensions by using different techniques for volume lash treatments. This 90 to 120 minute treatment is a perfect fit for clients who are looking for more dramatic volume and a glamorous look. The training skills include the use of multiple lash pick-up. Besides that you will learn all about the advanced maintenance and in-fill techniques.
Evaluation of case studies
We will ask you to fulfill at least three case studies at home in between the first and the second day of training. By taking pictures of this we can evaluate your application technique and, if necessary, provide you with extra tips on how to improve your lash treatments in order to become a true CT Lash Express Professional.

Case study evaluation: You will practice the CT Lash Professional Russian Volume technique in between the first and second day of the training with at least three cases. By taking pictures of this we can evaluate your skills and, if necessary, give you tips on how to further improve your treatments.

In order to follow the CT Lash Professional Premium Masterclass it is a prerequisite to have followed the CT Lash Professional training or the Convert training. To make sure that you will be able to perform the more advanced volume treatments according to the CT Lashes high-quality standard it is only possible to follow this training after 3 months of completing the CT Lash Professional course.
